EL/Me?
I've only just got GW and EoTN and so far I have a El/Me combo and I have NO idea where to put attributes etc. I've been looking for some different builds but havn't found anything really as yet.
I'm a bit over using FIre magic, but I'll settle for it if I have to LOL any help would be appriciated! =)

You can use Air Magic to inflict conditions and then spread them with Epidemic which is a non-attribute mesmer skill. Something along these lines:
[Enervating Charge][Lightning Orb][Blinding Flash][GoLE][Thunderclap][Epidemic][Air Attunement][Optional]

First off, if you only just got the game, don't worry about over-using fire magic. It's perfectly effective in Normal Mode (which is what you're playing if you're new). Also, fire is the most straight forward, easy-to-learn element; it's good for people who are still learning the basics of playing GW. Also, a lot of skills that you will recieve for doing quests early in the game will be fire skills. This means that fire is likely to be the element you can make the most effective build with early on.
You don't need to look for builds anywhere except within your own creativity. In fact, I would suggest against simply borrowing the builds of others until you've learned how to make decent ones on your own. Having a proper understanding of this will make it easier to understand other people's builds, as well as improve your own. I've seen people fail by running cookie-cutter builds, but not knowing how to use them properly.
As far as your attributes go, the only real advice is: Don't spread them too thin. Attributes power your skills. Try to limit your skill bar to skills from no more than 3 different attributes, then put appropriate ammounts of points into those attributes. If you run a build that's split 4 ways, you're starting to lose efficiency. Try to use 5 or more at once, and you're not going to accomplish much because the skills are too weak (not enough attribute points spent in each one's respective line).

[[Savannah Heat] is in NF. The OP clearly stated that Proph and EotN were the campaigns available to them. They can't get SH.
Also, your question is too general. Don't expect ppl here on the Forums to create a Build for you and give you the Attribute Spread when the Stickied post at the top of the Elementalist section has all the info that you should need. Check the General Campfire Posting Guidelines before you make a new Thread, make sure you don't violate the rules.
Once you have a build, feel free to post it for critique and tweaking, until then, check the Sticky or use the Search Function.
